Jakes 17th Birthday

We just celebrated Jakes 17th birthday!!!!! It seems like just yesterday that he was in elementary school. Time really does go fast. Layla will be 11 months old tomorrow and we are already planning her 1st Birthday. Here are some pictures from Jakes B-day.
